About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will have 1–1.5 years of experience, including strong skills in data cleansing, transformation, and reporting. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and leveraging modern data platforms to convert raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, and transformation to support reporting needs
• Work with Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Data Pipelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting layers
• Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various sources
• Support data modeling activities and maintain data documentation, flows, and technical details

Requirements:

• 1–1.5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
• Hands-on experience with Power BI development (minimum 1 year)
• Experience working on Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines preferred)
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and data querying
• Solid knowledge of data cleansing, transformation, and modeling
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
