Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Cleanse, validate, and transform raw data into structured, usable formats for reporting and analysis.
• Design, develop, and implement analytical databases and data collection systems.
• Perform statistical analysis and apply data mining techniques to extract actionable insights.
• Generate clear, insightful reports to support decision-making across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate data collection and processing workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and leadership to develop data governance policies and enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Education in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of databases such as MySQL and Amazon Redshift.
• Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience using statistical and analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, and SAS.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, ClickHouse).
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or FullStory.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Business Objects.
• Familiarity with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Apache Spark.
• Experience handling unstructured data (text, audio, video) and extracting meaningful features.
• Exposure to machine learning pipelines and model deployment processes.
