Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical fresher to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of data tools, and the ability to interpret data accurately.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.
- Assist in creating data models and documentation.
- Support business teams with data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain databases as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Understanding of statistics and analytical techniques.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and pay attention to detail.
