We’re Hiring: Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst for a high-growth, tech-enabled NBFC backed by a global financial services group. The organization is focused on scaling credit access across underserved segments using data-driven lending and advanced analytics.
What You’ll Do

Act as a Data Steward, managing and governing data assets

Design refined datasets for BI and semantic layers

Build automated, self-service dashboards (Tableau / Power BI / Looker)
-
Partner with product & business teams to define KPIs and metrics
-
Perform deep-dive quantitative and statistical analyses
-
Translate complex data into actionable insights

Monitor feature performance and recommend iterations
-
Influence data-driven decision-making across teams
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree from top-tier institutes (IIT / IIIT / NIT / BITS)

1–4 years of experience in data analytics (internet / tech-first companies preferred)

Strong SQL and hands-on BI tool experience

Proficiency in Python / R / Spark / SAS / SPSS

Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation & modeling
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Exposure to Fintech / Digital Lending and Databricks is a plus
