Objective

Ensure stability and reliability across internal systems supporting payments and servicing by owning system monitoring, RCA, and backend QA as volumes scale across fresh and renewal journeys.

Why this role is critical?

Multiple internal integrations power core customer journeys. With frequent releases and increasing transaction volumes, the absence of a dedicated owner results in delayed RCA, reactive fixes, and downstream operational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze internal system integrations end-to-end to ensure stability, accuracy, and performance across dependent services.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents impacting payment processing and servicing workflows, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Support backend Quality Assurance (QA) activities for new feature developments, system enhancements, and production releases.
• Track and assess the pre-production and post-production impact of system changes, including deployments, configuration updates, and integrations.
• Proactively identify, flag, and escalate potential risks, regressions, or anomalies before they result in customer or business impact.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
• Maintain documentation for incidents, RCA findings, and system behavior to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to improving monitoring, alerting, and validation processes to strengthen overall system resilience.
