About the Opportunity

Recruit Forge is hiring for its client, NNIIT, for the role of Data Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates with strong SQL and data visualization skills who can transform raw business data into strategic insights that directly impact revenue, lead generation, and operational performance.

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build dashboards, analyze marketing funnels, automate MIS systems, and support leadership with data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw business data into actionable insights impacting revenue and growth
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, join, and optimize datasets
• Build dynamic dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Analyze marketing funnel performance (leads → conversions → revenue)
• Identify inefficiencies, drop-offs, and growth opportunities
• Automate MIS reporting and performance tracking systems
• Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency
• Support leadership with strategic, data-driven insights

Core Technical Requirements

SQL (Mandatory)

• Complex joins, subqueries, CTEs
• Aggregations and grouping
• Query optimization
• Data cleaning and transformation

Excel

• Advanced pivot tables
• INDEX-MATCH / XLOOKUP
• Power Query
• Dashboard creation
• Automation/macros (preferred)

Data Visualization

• Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Building interactive dashboards
• KPI tracking and funnel visualization

Expectations

• 1–2 years of hands-on data analytics experience
• Strong business understanding beyond technical reporting
• Ability to link analytics to revenue and performance impact
• High ownership mindset and execution focus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
