We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Hyderbad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

What are the job duties for this role?

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and validate data from multiple sources.

Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and advanced analytics, including statistical modeling.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and KPIs.

Work with notebooks (Jupyter or similar) to document analysis workflows and share reproducible results.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate summary statistics for decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.

Automate repetitive data tasks using Python scripts and scheduling tools.

Communicate findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visualizations for business teams.

What are the minimum skills required for this role?

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

Expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and implementing DAX calculations.

Familiarity with notebook environments (Jupyter or similar) for interactive analysis and documentation.

Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques.

Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret results for actionable insights.

Knowledge of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric or cloud-based analytics platforms is a strong plus.
