Data plays a central role in how we build our products, support our customers, and improve operational efficiency. Our analytics team works closely with product, operations, and business teams to turn large volumes of operational data into actionable insights.
Role Overview
We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze operational and product data to generate insights, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision making across teams.

This role provides an opportunity to work with large real-world datasets and contribute directly to improving enterprise mobility and commute operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to support operational, product, and business teams.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from internal databases.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analysis.
• Support the creation of KPIs and metrics for monitoring business and product performance.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Assist in building automated reporting workflows where applicable.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and structured manner.
Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase or similar BI platforms.
• Understanding of basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Internship or project experience involving data analysis.
• Exposure to Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is an advantage.
