Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting real estate market data to support business decisions, property investments, sales performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, reporting abilities and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse real estate data from internal and external sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to property sales, rentals, leads and market trends.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.
• Analyse customer behaviour, pricing trends, occupancy rates and investment opportunities.
• Monitor property performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven reports and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the real estate industry.
• Generate performance reports for management meetings and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through data insights.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and advanced formulas.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of real estate market metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics,Statistics,Computer Science,Business Administration,Finance

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis.

Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate software.
• Experience handling property databases and market trend analysis.
• Certification in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence tools is preferred.
