Data Analyst

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst/ MIS who can turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Experience- 2-4 years

Location- Gurgaon

Roles and responsibilities:

• Creating relevant data reporting dashboards to support day to day business management & growth.
• Understanding and optimizing the flow of transactions, identifying potential risks, and improving overall business performance.
• Preparing presentations for reviews & updates
• Analyzing transaction success rates, average transaction times, and other key metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Identifying emerging payment methods, customer preferences, and regional variations in payment behavior.
• Analyzing transaction data to identify patterns and anomalies that may indicate fraudulent activity, high-risk transactions, or potential compliance issues.
• Ensuring that all payment transactions adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
• Define business problems basis data analysis, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics
• Creating or modifying automated dashboards to support day-to-day tracking of business and product metrics
• Ability to quickly understand the end-to-end business and online product journeys

Skills and Expertise:

• Excellent with MS Excel
• Expertise with Payment Gateways segment.
• Must be good in Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis
• Must be good in Presentation making and delivering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – important for a clear delivery of insights
• Good to have: SQL, need to find a way to automate reports, or maintain existing reports
• Ability to translate business or product problem statements into key insights that shape major business decisions
• Independent thinker, Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work between departments to collect and collate information
