We are a growing tech-driven company seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our remote team. If you love turning data into decisions and creating visually compelling BI dashboards, this role is for you!

Job Type: Full-time | Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and reporting needs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python or R.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or digital marketing analytics.
