Overview
Mission:
To coordinate with Various Services teams for achieving on time Services completion with Sustained Revenue and Collection. Leading & Owning Services management office & Become support Backbone for Overall Services Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Services Review & Operational Coordination
- Conduct regular service review meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, SCM, Purchase, and Sales to avoid delays and ensure service delivery as per the plan.
- Identify risks and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain up-to-date execution status in the internal system (X-info).
2. Planning, Billing & Collection Management
- Develop and track visit calendars, billing schedules, and collection forecasts.
- Monitor stage-wise progress from calendar scheduling to billing and collection.
- Provide clear visibility on planning and execution status across teams.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Update the Services Calendar status on a weekly basis.
- Monitor and control progressive activities.
- Maintain and circulate the Services Team Dashboard with forecast vs actual metrics.
- Track engineer visit statuses and report discrepancies.
4. Material Management Support
- Fill PR (Purchase Requisition) forms and follow up with TM/PM for approvals.
- Coordinate PO creation, approval, and material delivery.
- Manage delivery challans and ensure proper material movement is recorded in X-info.
5. Data Consolidation & Communication
- Gather data from services execution teams for internal reporting.
- Consolidate and present information during Service Review Meetings (SRM) and Weekly Review Meetings (WRM).
- Collect resource planning data, utilization reports, and forecasts.
6. Documentation & System Updates
- Follow up and collect JMS (Joint Measurement Sheets) and MOMs (Minutes of Meetings) from FAEs or Site In-charges.
- Upload all documentation (MOMs, JMS) into X-info and eBiz platforms.
- Support data preparation for invoicing and follow up on collection status.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong coordination and communication skills across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal platforms like X-info, eBiz.
- Strong analytical skills to track and report KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Business or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in services coordination or project management support roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
