PeepalCo is a canopy for brands serving India with tailored wealth-tech products, Making Money Equal for All. Founded by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, PeepalCo's products include CoinSwitch and Lemonn. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.

PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, Lemonn will be housed under PeepalCo.

What You Will Do

• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product data, including user behaviour, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Modeling: Create Machine Learning models to deep-dive user behaviour, solving product funnels and improving revenues.
• User Research: Collaborate with the User Research team to gather insights from user surveys, interviews, and usability tests, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to inform product strategy and development.
• Product Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, tracking their performance over time and helping to set and achieve growth targets.
• Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.
• Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate with product managers to prioritize features and improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, growth, P&L, and marketers to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies.
• Uses knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve the desired business benefits.
• Interprets results of analysis, identifies trends and issues, and develops recommendations to support business objectives.
  
  

What You Should Have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics).
• Proven 3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or product-related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with product management software and analytics tools is a bonus.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in statistical modelling and machine learning is a bonus.
