Data Analyst

Overview

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our paid marketing and admissions teams by building dashboards, analyzing performance data, and deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources including ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), CRM, and admissions portals.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, lead quality, and admission funnel metrics.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in paid marketing and admissions data.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with admissions teams to track lead journey, conversion metrics, and dropout points.
• Assist in setting up performance benchmarks and forecasting future trends using historical data.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing, education, or related domains.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience with attribution modeling or cohort analysis.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, or any other known CRM
• Basic understanding of Python/R for data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
