About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Handle the allocation of all incoming leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and other sources to the relevant sales and pre-sales teams, both at office and site locations, ensuring timely engagement.
Supervise the complete lead lifecycle from initial client interaction to site visits and follow-ups ensuring prompt action and minimal lead loss.
Evaluate team performance by identifying gaps such as missed follow-ups, slow responses, or ineffective client handling, and take necessary corrective measures.
Maintain accurate, centralized lead records while analyzing key data to generate insights that improve conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
Coordinate effectively with marketing, sales, pre-sales, and field teams to ensure seamless communication and smooth lead flow.
Track real-time lead activities and proactively resolve issues like unattended walk-ins or delayed follow-ups to enhance client experience and results.
