About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.As an intern, you will work closely with our AI, product, and analytics team to:
2.Research how AI can improve sales and service training
3.Help design AI training scenarios and dialogue datasets
4.Support Generative Analytics modules that convert performance data into insights and recommendations
5.Analyze voice, performance, and behavioral data to identify improvement areas
6.Assist in creating dashboards and analytics reports for internal teams
7.Test and validate AI-generated feedback for accuracy and tone
8.Collaborate on prompt engineering and content optimization for LLMs
9.Research industry use cases and competitors in the AI learning space

After 6 months if the performance is good we will convert it into full time role as this is an early startup stage,so there will be a bit grind for this 6 months,till we get client's.

Stipend:

INR₹ 1,000 - 1,100 /month

Skills required:

Python, Data Visualization, React, Power BI, TypeScript and Generative AI Tools

Other Requirements:

We’re looking for curious, driven learners who are excited by AI and data.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of AI / ML / NLP concepts (not mandatory but good to have)

Knowledge of Python / Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets for analytics

Strong interest in data interpretation, communication, or product design

Excellent English writing skills (for scenario creation and insights)

Curiosity to learn how AI and humans can work together
