Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze learner data to identify engagement trends and churn risks
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics (NPS, usage,
engagement)
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to generate actionable insights
- Develop automated reports to support timely decision-making
- Perform A/B tests on engagement strategies and assess outcomes
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a customer-facing role is a plus
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insight
