Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Develop a deep understanding of the Peoplebox.ai product end-to-end.
- Solution: different approaches for solving customers' problems
- Understand and navigate the database schema to support configuration and reporting needs.
- Work with customers to ensure their accounts are set up properly.
- Build reports, transform data, and validate configurations for customer accounts.
- Run end-to-end processes from collecting input formats from customers to converting them into required outputs.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to solve customer problems quickly and effectively.
