Position: Data Analyst (Data Science)

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Science team. If you have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in SQL, and a passion for solving business problems using data, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define business problems.
• Translating business challenges into analytical problems and deriving insights.
• Handling and analyzing large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Cleaning, processing, and transforming raw data for meaningful analysis.
• Creating intuitive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights.
• Utilizing ETL tools like Alteryx for efficient data processing.
• Performing basic Python-based data manipulation using pandas, matplotlib, and sklearn.
• Optimizing queries and enhancing database performance in SQL/MySQL/Hive.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, handling large datasets, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL (must-have) – Strong knowledge of:
• Joins, Unions, Table properties
• Window functions (Rank, Partition By)
• Query parameterization and optimization
• Optimized table formats
• Hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI – Ability to create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Expertise in data cleaning and processing for accurate and efficient analysis.
• ETL experience using Alteryx or similar tools.
• Basic Python skills for data manipulation and exploratory analysis.
• Good understanding of data visualization – graphs, charts, and reporting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to present insights to stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset – to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Motivation to learn and stay updated with evolving data technologies.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
