About The Role

Our Data Analysts aren’t kept in the background, doomed to never see the impact of their work. They’re some of our best and brightest problem solvers, deployed to the front-lines to work in product teams and deliver rock star solutions.

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Treasury Department. Someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges and believes no task is too tough to tackle. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy by diving deep into our data, identifying root causes, and designing your own scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and owning quantitative models for ALM, capital, and liquidity management
• Enabling domain owners to make strategic, data-informed decisions that directly impact the company's direction
• Setting up and maintaining treasury and regulatory monitoring and reporting frameworks
• Designing and developing key business metrics and dashboards to visualise performance and risk
• Building and maintaining robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
• Performing in-depth, ad-hoc analyses and creating reports that support long-term planning and regulatory compliance
• Supporting company-wide data initiatives that impact the department, such as data warehouse migrations and the development of standardised executive dashboards
• Promoting data literacy by contributing to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years experience in treasury analytics
• Great skills with SQL and Python
• Evidence of solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
• Experience working within a bank's treasury function, with specific exposure to liquidity management and asset and liability management

• An advanced degree in a core STEM subject
