We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analytics Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience in developing data-driven insights and building enterprise BI dashboards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or a strong foundational knowledge in Oracle Analytics Cloud, with additional exposure to tools like Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
Requirements
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain semantic models, KPIs, and visualizations across OAC, Power BI, and BusinessObjects.
- Work with different data sources to gather, clean, and transform data for analytical use.
- Troubleshoot and enhance report performance and responsiveness.
- Configure user roles and row-level security to ensure secure access to dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user support and training as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in OAC, Power BI, and BI trends.
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in BI/reporting with a focus on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI and/or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and report performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to analyze data and present clear insights through intuitive visualizations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different BI platforms as per project requirements.
