Summary: As a Microsoft Agentic Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and deploying advanced Agentic AI solutions leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem. Your role will focus on building scalable multi-agent systems and AI-powered applications using Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. You will ensure that all solutions are developed responsibly, aligning with ethical AI practices, governance policies, and organizational objectives. This position requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive innovation in agentic AI. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as an SME in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services (LLMs & SLMs).
• Lead the design and architecture of multi-agent systems and integrate them seamlessly into enterprise ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver cutting-edge GenAI/Agentic solutions with measurable business impact.
• Define and implement Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide teams on best practices in agentic AI system design, orchestration, and deployment.
• Drive key architectural and technical decisions across multiple projects and teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Microsoft’s Agentic AI stack.
• Continuously evaluate solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability, accuracy, and compliance. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must-Have Skills: o Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. o Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) – fine-tuning, deployment, and integration into enterprise systems. o Proven experience in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures. o Hand on experience in Python, Visual Studio Code
• Additional Skills: o Strong understanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance policies. o Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. o Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in AI. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Additional Information:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft AI and 2 years of experience Agentic AI Architecture, 10+ years in Azure PAAS. 13+ years of total experience in IT.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
