About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Pune. Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, architecture, and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, helping to elevate the team's overall skill set.
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI for development productivity, and apply them to improve our products and processes.
- Strong expertise in software design, architecture, and development.
- Proficiency in foundational programming languages, specifically C, C++, and Java.
- Experience with design patterns and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge and experience in leveraging AI for productivity in development is a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in software architecture or related domains are preferred.
