Overview
? Lead the migration strategy and execution from Tableau to Power BI. ? Design and implement semantic models and governance frameworks. ? Ensure best practices for data security, performance tuning, and deployment pipelines. ? Oversee complex data modelling and transformations. ? Perform quality assurance and sign-off for migrated reports. ? Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. ? Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for migration roadmap. ? Stay updated on Microsoft Fabric and advanced Power BI features. Required Skills: ? Extensive experience in Power BI ecosystem, including Paginated Reports and deployment pipelines. ? Deep understanding of Tableau architecture and migration challenges. ? Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. ? Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ? Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and enterprise BI governance.
