Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai or Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust, scalable data pipelines and supporting advanced analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL tools.
• Manage end-to-end data flows from diverse sources, ensuring high data quality and availability.
• Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting needs.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineering teams to integrate data solutions into the overall architecture.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, privacy, and security are followed throughout data lifecycle.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering, including ETL development, data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency with Snowflake and Azure Data Factory is mandatory.
• Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and preferably R.
• Experience working with complex and large-scale data sets in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures and modern data platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Experience with DevOps practices in data engineering workflows.
