Nice-to-Have Skills

• • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or Analytics Engineer.
  • Expert proficiency in modern data stack components: Databricks (Spark SQL, Delta Lake) and dbt.
  • Strong, practical experience with at least one BI platform migration (e.g., Qlik to Tableau/Power BI/ThoughtSpot).
  • Deep functional knowledge of QlikView or Qlik Sense, including understanding QVDs, Qlik scripting, and set analysis for effective translation.
  • Proven experience developing complex models and visualizations in ThoughtSpot or a similar search-driven BI tool.
  • Advanced SQL skills for writing complex transformations and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
  • Experience with ThoughtSpot Everywhere for embedding analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing or Databricks job orchestration.
  • Experience administering or optimizing Databricks SQL Warehouses (Serverless).
  • Familiarity with modern data governance tools and practices.
