Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 6+years of experience to drive and manage data engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Spark, Snowflake, Hive, and other big data technologies to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing using Spark, Snowflake, and Hive.
• Implement data ingestion, transformation, and processing frameworks using big data technologies.
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure efficient data availability and reliability.
• Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in data workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in big data engineering.
• Expertise in Apache Spark, Snowflake, and Hive.
• Strong experience in designing and optimizing ETL pipelines for large-scale data.
• Proficiency in SQL and big data query performance tuning.
• Experience with distributed data processing and storage architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and real-time data streaming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with leadership capabilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Kafka, Airflow, or other workflow orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Scala.
