Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership, Product, Technology, Risk, and Marketing teams to drive data-driven initiatives.
- Proven expertise in modelling for business, customer analytics and growth strategies.
- Build models across the customer lifecycle (propensity, pricing, collections).
- Optimize acquisition funnels and campaign strategies.
- Leverage alternate data to enhance customer models.
- Drive collections and recovery strategies through data science techniques.
- Review, refine, and optimize existing models and analyses.
Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience in building ML models for growth, risk, or customer analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in business strategy or analytics initiatives.
- Exposure to credit risk modeling and scorecard development
- Someone who has worked on ML models building scorecards
