Overview
Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
- Design, implementation and optimization of ETL and data pipelines for business intelligence and analytics applications.
- Responsibility for monitoring and troubleshooting existing jobs and job control.
- Design and development of data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders in an international context.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a high level of quality awareness.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a globally distributed team.
- Experience in data engineering and data warehousing, including practical implementation and management of data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 5-9 years of experience implementing and managing ETL and data pipelines.
- Extensive experience and proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS (mandatory).
- Knowledge of development with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Python is advantageous; experience with cloud technologies and big data environments is a plus.
