Data Engineer

Join our data team and play a crucial role in powering the next generation of property technology. You'll design and build robust data pipelines that transform how estate agents and property professionals make decisions, using both Microsoft's leading-edge data stack and our innovative in-house C# solutions.

Working closely with our Data Analysts, you'll ensure clean, structured data flows seamlessly into Power BI dashboards that drive business growth for thousands of property professionals worldwide.

Essential Requirements

• Create highly scalable Data Dashboard solution that can collect, store,process & analyse
  
  

sets of data from a wide variety of sources

• Be responsible for setting up Data Infrastructure, ETL workflows, highlyavailable scalable
  
  

data systems that works fast for real estate clients

• Work with designers, project managers, operation managers, third partysystems providers
  
  

and customers

• Be responsible for analyzing and visualising data, model building andpreparation of
  
  

related reports and presentations.

• Be primarily responsible for quantitative, statistical and predictiveanalysis of large data
  
  

sets.

• Excellent knowledge & programming experience PHP, Python, Perl or R
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and cloud technology
• Proven record of developing and implementing analytical models &reports.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Experience in one or more of the following would be useful: data mining,developing
  
  

statistical models, data product development, model testing and implementation.

• Familiarity with big data tools and platforms (such as Hadoop, Hive, Hbase,MAPR, etc.)
• Experience in text analytics, NLP, Machine Learning
• Experience or Knowledge on Columnar Databases such as Redshift
