Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, define, and manage the overall data analytics architecture.
- Establish data governance to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions including data ingestion, storage, and analytics layers.
- Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and deliver accurate data to stakeholders.
- Automate recurring reports using Power BI and provide secure access to business users.
- Optimize queries and improve database performance through fine-tuning and capacity planning.
- Support development teams with database-related needs and performance enhancements.
- Education: B.Tech / MCA
- Experience: 6+ years in Data Engineering / Database Management
- Mandatory Skills:
- Power BI reporting & analytics (end-to-end development & publishing)
- SQL query writing (DDL, DML, DQL, DCL)
- Data Lake (Data ingestion, storage & management)
- Preferred Skills:
- Python
- AWS (RDS, Data services)
- MongoDB basics (querying & data export)
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines (batch & streaming)
- Experience in data modeling, cleaning, DAX, and building interactive dashboards
