Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that facilitate data generation, collection, and processing. A typical day involves creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across various systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and enhance system performance, ensuring that data solutions meet the evolving needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure seamless data flow and integrity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy, Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for data storage and processing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
