This role embodies a unique blend of CRM expertise and robust data engineering capabilities, driving the strategic implementation, integration, and optimization of our customer relationship management ecosystem. The CRM data integration & training is responsible for ensuring our CRM not only meets immediate business needs through effective configuration and UI enhancements but is also powered by a reliable, scalable, and intelligent data foundation.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- End-to-End CRM Integration: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integrations between the CRM and other critical business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, service platforms, data warehouses). This includes deep hands-on work with API integrations, data mapping, ETL/ELT processes, and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Data Integrity & Architecture: Architect and maintain the underlying data infrastructure supporting the CRM. This involves ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across all integrated systems, building robust data pipelines, and optimizing data storage and retrieval for CRM reporting and analytics.
- CRM System Optimization & Customization: Work closely with CRM vendors and internal stakeholders to identify, design, and implement advanced CRM configurations, custom objects, workflows, and user interface (UI) modifications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Acts as the technical liaison for major CRM platform enhancements.
- Technical Support & Training Empowerment: While not a primary trainer, provide in-depth technical guidance and support to CRM users and administrators, ensuring they understand the data architecture and integration points. May develop technical documentation and support advanced user training on data capabilities.
- Performance & Scalability: Monitor the performance and scalability of CRM integrations and underlying data processes, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure system stability and responsiveness.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in both CRM administration/development (e.g., ZOHO,Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and data engineering principles.
- They are proficient in programming languages used for data manipulation and API integration (e.g., Python, Java), skilled in database management (SQL/NoSQL), and experienced with cloud data platforms.
