Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution using Data, Analytics & Engineering capabilities. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise data engineering and managed data & analytics programs.
- Lead the design, review, and governance of Data Vault 2.0 architectures, including: (Hubs, Links, Satellites), Business Vault constructs Downstream consumption and semantic layers
- Strong experience in WhereScape and Informatica for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and automation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and transformation designs, particularly in the health insurance domain (claims, members, providers, policies).
- Guide teams in implementing best practices for data modeling, historization, auditability, and scalability.
- Provide technical oversight for data pipeline performance, reliability, and data quality.
- Support and influence migration strategy from traditional ETL to dbt and cloud-native ELT architectures.
- Partner with DevOps and platform teams to enable CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and controlled deployments.
- Strong expertise in writing and reviewing complex SQL and transformation logic.
- Experience delivering Managed Data & Analytics services, including SLA-driven support and enhancements.
- Lead requirement discussions with business and technology stakeholders; manage dependencies and delivery risks.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with dbt implementation or migration programs.
- Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS / GCP / Snowflake).
- Exposure to data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working in regulated environments (Health Insurance, Healthcare, HIPAA).
- DevOps or DataOps certifications or hands-on exposure.
