Job Summary

The Data & Integration Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data integration solutions across enterprise applications. This role will oversee data pipelines, API integrations, and real-time data flows to ensure seamless data interoperability, security, and performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders to develop robust data strategies and integration frameworks that support analytics, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Integration Strategy

• Develop and execute the enterprise data integration strategy in alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Define best practices for API management, ETL/ELT processes, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement standardized integration patterns, including data lakes, messaging systems, and cloud-based pipelines.
• Ensure data solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
  
  

Technical Leadership & Execution

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software development, and business intelligence teams to implement scalable data solutions.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies to enhance integration capabilities.
  
  

Governance & Operational Excellence

• Establish governance policies for data integration, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure data availability and reliability.
• Automate integration testing and deployment using CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data integration, software engineering, or enterprise architecture roles.
• Expertise in designing and managing data pipelines, APIs, and messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, or AWS-native services (EventBridge, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication standards (OAuth2, SAML), and secure data exchange.
• Experience integrating SaaS and on-prem systems, including ERP, CRM, and HR platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or Jenkins.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time and batch data movement solutions, including AWS DMS, Qlik Replicate, or custom CDC frameworks.
• Exposure to data lake architectures, data mesh principles, and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, JSON/XML transformations, and data integration testing frameworks.
• Certifications in AWS, integration platforms, or enterprise data management.
