Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing. The ideal candidate will lead data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce DX and support Sales & Service Cloud applications. You will play a key role in optimizing the fulfillment process and system integrations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements related to order fulfillment and suggest process improvements
• Lead data validation and migration efforts from legacy systems to Salesforce DX
• Support and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
• Design and implement Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment capabilities
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and oversee delivery
• Document functional requirements and maintain technical documentation
• Administer customized Salesforce applications, user roles, and security settings
• Work with Salesforce quote-to-order process including product setup, pricing, and discounting
• Utilize tools like Process Builder, Workflows, Flow, and Approval Rules
• Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools
• Collaborate with global teams and respond proactively to changing project requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of total professional experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
• Proven experience in data migration and Salesforce CPQ & Billing
• Knowledge of system integrations, middleware, and third-party tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Salesforce DX and ETL tools
• Background in order fulfillment, logistics, or related domains

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,674.46 - ₹47,944.96 per month
