Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring successful transfer of data to the 3DExperience and LEDP platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data migration strategies.
• Develop and implement ETL processes using tools such as Talend and SQL Loader.
• Conduct data quality assessments and validation to ensure accuracy post-migration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the migration process.
• Document migration processes and maintain records for compliance and auditing purposes.

Skills Required:

• The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in executing end-to-end data migration projects across enterprise platforms.
• The candidate must have practical experience working with the 3DExperience platform for data migration and system modernization initiatives.
• The candidate must have experience working on the LEDP platform as part of large-scale data transformation or migration programs.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience in ETL development using tools such as Talend and SQL Loader for structured data movement.
• The candidate must have strong SQL-based data engineering skills to extract, transform, validate, and load large datasets.
• The candidate should have experience ensuring data quality, integrity, and validation during and after migration activities.
• The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical data requirements.
• The candidate should have experience documenting migration processes and supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
