Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Media Mix Modeling (MMM) Specialist with 3–8 years of experience in developing end-to-end econometric models to solve complex business problems in the marketing and advertising domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Bayesian statistics, advanced SQL and Python programming skills, and hands-on experience in data processing and model implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Media Mix Models to evaluate marketing effectiveness and optimize media investments.
- Apply advanced statistical methods, particularly Bayesian techniques, to build robust and interpretable models.
- Work with large datasets: extract, clean, transform, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, data engineering, business stakeholders) to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate complex modeling results and insights in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously improve modeling approaches and stay updated with industry trends and emerging methodologies in MMM and advanced analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Media Mix Modeling and marketing analytics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, with expertise in Bayesian modeling.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant libraries (e.g., PyMC, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
- Experience in managing end-to-end model development, from data preparation to model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and digital attribution tools.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
