Data Network Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Networking Technician with hands-on experience in I/O Punching, Network Cabling, and related structured networking tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of LAN/WAN setup and hardware handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform I/O punching and proper labeling of ports.
• Install, terminate, and test Cat6/Cat5e network cables.
• Setup and organize network racks and patch panels.
• Perform basic router/switch configuration (optional but preferred).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve cabling issues.
• Maintain documentation of networking layout and port maps.
• Assist in setting up LAN connections in new or existing infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of structured cabling systems.
• Hands-on experience with I/O punching and network cabling tools.
• Familiarity with RJ-45 connectors, crimping, and testing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret basic network layouts.
• ITI/Diploma in Networking/Electronics/Electrical or similar (preferred).
• Certification in CCNA or basic networking (optional but advantageous).

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to work in office and client-site environments.
• Good team spirit and communication skills.

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
Joining: Immediate preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
