What role will you play?

In this role, you will play a key role in harnessing data to drive strategic decision-making and deliver actionable insights across the organisation. You will apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning models, and data engineering practices to solve complex business challenges in areas such as risk management, customer experience, team assistant tools, and operational efficiency.

What You Offer

• Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL) and familiarity with Gen AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Expertise in fine-tuning large language models, prompt engineering, and optimising RAG-based solutions.
• Monitor, optimise, and ensure scalability/efficiency of AI models in production environments.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts and excellent problem-solving abilities in both independent and team settings.
• Implement innovative tools, techniques, and frameworks to enhance AI and analytics capabilities.
