Overview

Hard Skills:

• Solid understanding of Transformers internals and RAG architecture
• Understanding of different prompt engineering and RAG techniques such as Zero Shot vs Few Shot, Chain of Thought, Self Querying Retrievers, Prompt compression
• Understanding of RAG metrics like LLM as a Judge, MRR, nDCG, ragas library
• Understanding of Agentic architectures like ReAct, tool calling, MCP
• Multi modal LLMs for voice interaction and document processing
• FastAPI and Python best practices, optimizing applications for security, observability and latency

Soft skills

• Ability to work under pressure with evolving requirements
• Maintaining a positive can do attitude
• Managing stakeholder expectations and learning from feedback
• Communicate requirements and road blocks clearly to ensure smooth operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
