Hiring with one of the leading Investment Banking and Financial Services for Lead Data Scientist role at Bangalore location.

Role : Lead Data Scientist

Years of exp. : 5-8 Yrs

Notice period : only till 60 days, no 90 days please.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep Learning & LLM Development:
• Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases, including natural language processing (NLP) tasks.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art architectures (e.g., Transformers, GPT, BERT) to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of Agentic frameworks (Crew AI , llamx index etc).
• Good knowledge of GenAI framwwork

• Statistical Modeling & Analysis:
• Apply advanced statistical methods to analyze data, validate models, and interpret results.
• Develop probabilistic models and leverage Bayesian inference techniques where applicable.
• Ensure models are statistically robust and generalize well to real-world data.

• Data Preprocessing & Feature Engineering:
• Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets for training and evaluation.
• Perform feature engineering and dimensionality reduction to improve model performance.

• Model Deployment & Optimization:
• Deploy deep learning models and LLMs into production environments.
• Optimize models for inference speed, memory usage, and scalability.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track model performance over time.
• Research & Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning, LLMs, and statistical methods.
• Conduct experiments to explore new techniques and improve existing models.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the AI/ML community.

• Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
