Job Description: Data Scientist / AI Engineer ( Full-Time)

✅ Responsibilities

• Design and build a custom AI engine for dynamic delivery route planning and sales optimization.
• Integrate external APIs (Google Maps, SAP, mobile app APIs).
• Implement predictive models for order forecasting, stock planning, and delivery performance.
• Clean and process delivery, outlet, and route data for training AI models.
• Collaborate with app developers and SAP integrators to deploy models into production.
• Track and improve model performance through live metrics and feedback.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Hands-on with logistics optimization (TSP, VRP, clustering)
• Experience using Google Maps API (Directions, Distance Matrix, Geocoding)
• Proficient in SQL and working with ERP data
• Understanding of AI model deployment and performance tuning

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with SAP (especially sales/inventory modules)
• Experience building route optimization engines for FMCG or dairy
• Prior experience with B2B delivery operations or mobile-based field apps
