Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in ML algorithms, statistics, NLP or computer vision, and a strong inclination toward project ownership and delivery. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also highly organized, hardworking, and capable of driving projects independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Apply statistical methods and quantitative analysis to extract insights and optimize models.
• Build solutions in NLP or computer vision, particularly in text and image automation workflows.
• Work on end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and accountability throughout project execution.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
• Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) or Computer Vision.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, spaCy).
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management skills – ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver on deadlines.
• Self-driven and hardworking, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
