Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive models to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, and IT teams to align data science projects with business objectives.
• Mine data lakes/warehouses to identify trends and generate insights for senior leadership.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms for financial risk assessment and scenario modeling.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and enhance data products, automation tools, and processes to support informed decision-making.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Kafka.
• Experience in data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analytical results into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
