Data Scientist Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly skilled Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent data-driven and AI-powered solutions. The role involves working with large-scale datasets, building machine learning and Generative AI models, and translating complex business requirements into scalable AI systems.

To succeed in this position, you must be analytical, innovative, and technically strong. You should have hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI, stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, and be comfortable deploying solutions in cloud environments. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and clear communication are essential.

Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and AI models
• Building NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions
• Developing RAG pipelines, Agentic AI systems, and AI chatbots
• Automating data pipelines and ML workflows
• Researching and implementing optimal AI/ML techniques for business challenges
• Deploying and monitoring models on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Communicating insights, model outcomes, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, and RAG
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
• Exposure to Docker, Git, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
• Strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and model evaluation techniques
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹378,630.51 - ₹1,500,000.63 per year
