As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making within our organization. • Communicate data findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular database maintenance and checks.
• Create visualizations and dashboards for tracking key data metrics over time.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest data science trends and technologies.
• Work with IT and business teams to integrate data science solutions into workflows.
• Test, validate and iterate models to improve accuracy and efficiency continually.
• Document methodologies, algorithms, and frameworks to maintain knowledge continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data manipulation and large dataset analysis tasks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
