Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong proficiency in generative AI and machine learning. As a Data Scientist, you will build and deploy intelligent systems that tap into massive data, advanced AI models, and machine learning pipelines to address practical problems in creative ways. You will work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to develop data-driven solutions that create value and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, construct, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) for a variety of applications (e.g., content generation, recommendations, automation).
• Create scalable machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Use Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate features from unstructured data (e.g., text) to augment machine learning models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to take business goals and turn them into machine learning solutions.
• Perform model tuning, fine-tuning, and feature engineering to improve performance
• Explain intricate analytical results in clear, simple terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Keep up with advances in AI/ML research and technologies and find ways to integrate new approaches.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D/ Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications.
• Strong background in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
• Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and other generative architectures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in succeeding in a high-growth startup culture and with a proven history of driving AI initiatives from inception to deployment.
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for AI within the company, aligned with business goals.
