Job Responsibilities: 

Strategic IT Advisory

• Provide expert advice to executive leadership and IT management on IT infrastructure, applications, data, and process management, ensuring that technology initiatives align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Formulate, contribute, and execute strategic and practical IT plans, with a focus on improving sustainability, scalability, and efficiency of IT operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring IT projects and investments are aligned with long-term business goals.
  
  

Enterprise IT Program Leadership

• Lead and initiate enterprise-wide IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of major IT initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, managing risks and ensuring that program goals and objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
  
  

Change Management

• Devise and implement change management strategies that support the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
• Identify and address barriers to change, working with business and technology leaders to drive the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for IT transformations and technology-driven changes.
  
  

Technology Selection & Implementation

• Assess, select, and recommend suitable technology solutions that meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Work with IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new technologies.
  
  

Policy Development & Integration

• Assist in the development and integration of IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that policies reflect the organization’s commitment to information security, data protection, and IT governance.
• Regularly review and update IT policies to keep pace with changing technology trends and business requirements.
  
  

Data & Process Management

• Provide guidance on optimizing data management, including data storage, access, security, and analytics to support organizational decision-making.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using IT solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Support data governance efforts, ensuring that data integrity and compliance requirements are met.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
• 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in infrastructure, applications, and data management. 
• Proven experience advising executive-level management and leading enterprise IT programs. 
• Strong understanding of principles and demonstrated success in driving technology-driven transformations. 
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing technology solutions, with a focus on scalability, sustainability, and integration with existing systems.
