About the Role

We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and product improvements. Ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in data science tools, and a passion for working with data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to find patterns and trends
• Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Work closely with business teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data
• Communicate findings effectively through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing
• Develop A/B testing frameworks and analyze test results
• Collaborate with software engineers and analysts to implement data-driven solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
• Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
